Our Company In 1983 a man had a dream to open up a small Hometown Mexican Restaurant, in April of 83 he did just that. Alfredo Herrera opened his first Alfredo's Restaurante Mexicano. The communities of Bartlesville and Tulsa haven't been the same since. For over 17 years Oklahomans have been adicted to our one of a kind Mexican menu.
